Uniforms are REQUIRED for performances. They consist of black
or dark "quiet" (rubber soled) shoes; navy slacks and
white shirt for boys, navy skirt and white blouse for girls; and
red ties for all chorus members.
|
Girls' skirts and ties are rented from the chorus,
for a $5 yearly fee and a one-time $20 deposit (refunded for skirts
returned in good condition when the child leaves the chorus). Boys'
ties require a one-time $10 deposit, refundable under the same terms.
The rest of the uniform is purchased from "Attie's" store
at Brighton 12 Corners (suburban Rochester)--directions are given
out with the handbook at the beginning of the year.

Accessories (earrings, jewelry, headbands/ribbons)
should be minimal and tasteful. Boys' belts and socks should be
dark. If makeup is worn, it should be subdued in color and applied
sparingly.
