Dear Families,
This week is large group rehearsal.
• Casual uniforms---we will have new casual uniforms this year. All choristers will need to purchase new casual uniform shirts. The sweatshirts will remain the same from last year. The new casual uniform shirt will be a polo shirt with a collar. Additional shirts may be purchased by adults or other family members to wear on the trip, if desired. Cost of the polo shirt will be $12.00 and the sweatshirt will be $15.00. Please see Mrs. Schiro today for sizing and ordering.
• There is no rehearsal next week. Our next rehearsal will be March 3rd, small group test day!
• Trip—there are several of you who missed the last trip payment, which was due Jan. 27. PLEASE get that in immediately! Thanks for your cooperation.
• Gala—the next meeting will take place on February 17th in the student lounge. Mark your calendars for April 28th and invite all of your friends. Tickets go on sale April 1st. We are still in need of people to work on publicity. Please come to the Gala meeting if interested.
• Special singing opportunity: Please let Mrs. Santini know as soon as possible if you are interested in the MAG opportunity. There are still openings for “a”s and “c” s
• Picture Day—is Feb 17th. Last names A-L, please come at 9:00 am for your picture. Last names M-Z please stay after rehearsal for your picture. Please wear or bring the top half of your uniform.
• Delta Sonic fundraiser: Money and leftover tickets are due no later than Feb 17.
• United Way Donor Number—the BCC has been accepted as a United Way donor designated agency. Please consider designating all or part of your contribution to the BCC. The BCC’s number 2408.
· Attendance—please direct all requests for excused absences to Mary Lyubomirsky(LYUBYS@rochester.rr.com) or 385.1848. Please send in your request at least two weeks in advance except in cases of illness.

Practice tip of the week: If you are going on vacation, have your child bring their cds and walkman with them. After tomorrow’s rehearsal we will get back to you with an update of which songs to focus on. Don’t forget to work with your child to learn all verses of the patriotic songs.
