The Mozart Children's Chorus is the beginning chorus for the Bach Children’s Chorus, for children age 4*-8. This is a non-auditioned chorus. It is designed as a classroom choral experience with performances during the winter holidays and in the spring. Kids learn folk tunes, part-singing, music theory basics, and, also, play percussion instruments. The season for Mozart Chorus runs September through April. Lead instructor is Rosemary Eichenlaub.
Registration for the Mozart Children's Chorus continues on an ongoing basis as space permits through the academic year. There is a free Open House introductory class at the first class of the academic year; for the 2009-2010 season it is on September 12, 2009.
For information about registering, please call 585-544-9686, or send email to rosemaryeichenlaub@mac.com.
